Sync EventDialog responses with broadcast Vizard Changed protobuffer configuration to have EventReply as a separate (non-nested) message, replaced with VizEventReply. This allows Vizard to only send a single copy of event responses, which is then copied in to the VizBroadcastSyncSettings message. Redoing how vizInterface includes panels of a spacecraft as separate Vizard spacecraft structures. With the updated method it is simpler to setup, and the panels can have cameras, lights, and other sensors attached to them. The spacecraft and its effectors must be provided in sequence with the spacecraft object followed by the attached effectors as a list of the effector name and LogOutMsg.
