Let the app determine which config id is used for ranging. Before, the config id is hardcoded as config_id_1. Now the UI has been updated so that the user can change the config_id to multicast one. Test: manual Bug: 259701275 Change-Id: Ie3f70321f69be9220b8794a29013a680a8e2f4ce
