open an Expect block and set/unset the conditions that have to be fulfilled if any of the conditions fail, all enclosed messages will fail with a Polarx.Error message. :returns: :protobuf:msg:`Polarx::Ok` on success, :protobuf:msg:`Polarx::Error` on error
