Upgrade lots of dependencies, move to Typescript, upgrade to React 19 (#700) Resolves #659 Moves to React 19, moves code to Typescript. Generally a huge change so something probably got broken without noticing - do let me know. Upgrading deck gl involved big changes: the multiple zoom axes thing built into deck gl now seems to work reliably (it had low precision in the past in our hands) so we've moved away from the model matrix approach and gone for this native approach.
