• uint64 offset = 1

  offset is the sequence id of the event.

• optional api.v1alpha.pod.PodEvent pod_event = 2

  pod_event is an event for a pod sent from hostmgr as part of the event stream.

• string event_id = 3

  event_id is the id for this event. It will be used to dedupe the event stream and the acks.
