  Number of seconds without a successful receive before the logical outbound connection is replaced. When omitted, the default is 60 seconds. An explicit value of 0 disables no-receive-based replacement.

  restricted opts this config into restricted-mode loading. Restricted WireGuard outbounds must use a logical-network transport.
